Feeling frustrated with this… I dont know if its worth the $7.99… The icons did not even load up on my phone… I have to go to the app store its time to open it… The video featuring Teleprompter feature does work nice though. After you spend time going through the other stuff

It worked for about 10 mins, then it stopped recording on its own and the video wasnt saved to my camera. Then this crazy thing started happening where its now scrolling at a 100 miles an hour. I want my money back!!!!

When I record videos on this app I am not able to upload videos in social media.

Works great 15% of the time. I change a setting and now it doesnt scroll. Horrible!

Stopped working after 15 minutes of use. Script sped out of control and the record button immediately went to stop /video save. Rebooted, reinstalled and emailed support. No luck and no response. Great concept but does not work.

Ive taken several takes it constantly does not save my recordings; in addition, in the middle of recording the app stops recording Unprompted. Ive taken 20 takes and still no saved videos

This is a great app and I really like the layout and proportions of the text and video areas. Other teleprompters I tried didn’t deliver nearly as good a result, since any viewer could see my eyes were not looking strait at the camera and, to make things worse, eye movements (as when reading) were perceptible to the viewers. A wider video area would not only make my eyes move in a perceptible way to viewers, but also make me look farther away from the lens. I bought the Pro version and consider this to be the best teleprompter app for the above reasons. That being said, unlike other apps which prevent the iPhone’s screen from going to sleep while recording video, this app doesn’t. My phone’s screen would go blank after a minute or so and, as a result, the app would stop recording. I asked for help via the contact form for support in the app’s website, but unfortunately received no answer. I then searched for my issue and found a way to prevent my iPhone’s screen from going to sleep. When I want to use Video Teleprompter, I first go to Settings > General > Auto-Lock and set it to Never, so that my screen only goes black when I press the Sleep/Wake button. When I’m done using the App, I change the Auto-Lock settings back to their original. In spite of this issue and lack of support, I didn’t detract stars because this app is so cleverly built. Hopefully this issue will be fixed and we won’t need this workaround.

Does the job of keeping your eyes on the camera and connecting better with your audience. It is hard to keep pace though at all times. Natural speech speeds up and slows down. It needs a Bluetooth control to stop and move the text when you need. Anyone who has a selfie stick has a remote for the camera. Can we get that feature added please?
